We recommend placing your custom cake order at least one week in advance. Complex designs may require more time.
🔒Note: Your order is only confirmed after full payment is received.
• For cancellations, please notify us at least 5 days in advance.
• To change the pick-up date, notify us at least 3 days in advance.
• Changes are only allowed if the new date is available.
🔄 Once confirmed, no changes can be made to design or content.
Our cakes typically achieve 80%–90% similarity with reference images. If you're seeking an exact replica, please consider carefully.
You're welcome to share your ideas—our team will suggest achievable, beautiful designs.

Yes! All custom cakes come with your choice of flavor.
We offer a wide selection—including seasonal flavors.

• 6 inches → serves 3–6 people
• 8 inches → serves 6–10 people
• 10 inches → serves 10–15 people
• Double-layer options → 8” + 6” and 10” + 8”
💳 We accept cash, card, Zelle, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
🕑 Custom Cakes are available for pick-up between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM on your reserved day.
If you need morning pick-up, please let us know in advance—we may be able to accommodate depending on our workload (not guaranteed).
Pick-Up & Storage Notice
• Cakes are made with fresh whipped cream and soft chiffon layers.
• For safe transport, place the cake flat and secure—preferably on the front passenger-side floor or have it held by a passenger.
• Avoid sharp turns, sudden stops, or leaving the cake in a hot car.
• Our cakes contain no preservatives—they must be refrigerated.
• Consume within 2 days for best freshness.
• Once taken out of the fridge, enjoy within 1 hour.
• We use food-safe edible coloring, which may stain fingers temporarily.
• If concerned, you may remove the outer layer before serving.
• Always remove non-edible decorations like toppers, toys, and fresh flowers.
• Our cakes contain eggs, milk, flour, sugar, fruit and etc.
• Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
• If allergic, avoid consumption.
We recommend supervising children while enjoying the cake.
